'Tropical' Wedding Towel Cake for my brother & soon to be SIL!!!

We're off to Mauritius soon for my brothers wedding and I'm very excited!! Thought I'd make them a tropical 'beach' wedding towel cake - I love the colours!! but then pink is my fave colour in case you hadn't noticed from my blog LOL!! Hope they like it - off to see them this evening to 'present' it!!

Ingredients are:

2 'Just Married' Beach Towels - 1 pink & 1 black

2 Flannels - 1 pink & 1 black

2 pairs of 'Just Married' flip flops - 1 pink diamante pair & 1 black pair - they both 'imprint' the words 'Just Married' in the sand!!

1 bottle of Moet Pink champagne

1 'Marital Bliss' Chocolate bar

Heart foil wrapped chocolates

Flowers, ribbons, personalised tag & cake board

Here's a Wedding Towel Cake I made for Donna & Anthony who got married in Cyprus last week - I used a Cream Towel Bale consisting of 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 flannels, 17 heart chocolates covered in gold or turquoise foil, a Marital Bliss Bar which I made a co-ordinating cover for and a Forever Friends Cake Topper and flowers and ribbons - the personalised ribbon I got off ebay - thanks to the lovely Dragonllew for the seller's details!! I also personalised a photo album to match the cake & made a co-ordinating card and tag...

Been very very busy making up this 'Hen Hamper' - which included a personalised photo album, Matching Passport Holder & Luggage Tag, Cosmetic purse with compact mirror, set of makeup brushes, Decanter of Bath Pearls, 2 flannels, A black/diamante Hen Party Sash & No1 Hen Badge...

Both the person who ordered this & the recipient were very pleased so I feel like a job well done!! Phew!! Sooo pleased they were thrilled!

An 'extra' wedding pressie for our friends Nat & Jay

Boxed album:
Our friends Natalie & James got married on Saturday and it was a fantastically beautiful day!!! We were then invited to a bbq at their home on Sunday afternoon so after delicious smoked salmon & scrambled eggs at our hotel we dashed home Sunday morning slightly ragged around the edges (haha!) where I decided it would be nice to try and print off some of the photos we had taken at the wedding so they wouldn't have to wait til they got back from honeymoon! Hadn't quite envisaged how snap happy I had been at the wedding though!! haha! There were 912 photos!! EEK!! 300 had to be deleted so we put about 600 onto a disc for them & printed off about 20 & put them in a small album that I then personalised for them!
& Album inside - decorated & personalised!
